Anw, i was at home the whole day as i needa babysit my sister. Erm sort of "babysitting" cause my mum is out to settle some stuffs as im moving house by this month. Should i feel happy about it? I dont even know. But one thing i know for sure is that things will get better when my family moved. Life is gonna get better & great. I believe that =) ...
GOSH! I WANNA LOSE WEIGHT . Im not fat neither im thin. BUT STILL, i wanna lose weight. Actually im already starting to do. Here are some tips on how to lose weight..
#1 . Eat half of what you normally consume everyday.
#2. Eat less on food that has carbohydrate. Example, rice .. [Eat less rice but eat more meat].
#3. Drink pure lime juice every morning. But remember not to drink with an empty stomach. [You might want to squeeze the lime and make it into ice cube. Every morning just take two cubes & add water. & you can drink already but take note : It wont taste nice cause it's PURE lime. It will taste very sour. ]
Reason why you drink lime is because it act as a natural diuretics and it's refreshing taste makes the water go down much more easier.
#4 : Eat more lower sodium food. When you take more lower sodium food, your body will tend to store less excess water. It will cut down on diet & the sodas will cut your sodium intake significantly.
#5 : Do some exercise. Choose exercises that works the areas of your body needs to lose weight. P/S : Dont do jogging. If you wanna jog, then you must make sure you dont stop jogging. Once you stop jogging, the muscles that you had developed (which is previously your fats), will turn back into fats again. Which means that all the efforts had gone to waste.
Basically i've been doing Tip #1, #2 & #3 & i can tell you that it do works. I have already lost 1kg. ;D..
